Health/Beauty Goals

  • Drink more water (like I always plan to).
  • Get back in to drinking green tea.
  • Exercise at least three times a week (even if it's only yoga).
  • Finish all non-natural/non-vegan products by the end of 2015.
  • Pack food/snacks for Uni rather than buying while there.
  • Complete the 30 Days of Yoga (even if it's not consecutive).
  • Keep up with taking supplements.
